Between 2017 and 2019, I collaborated with Miguel Cáceres, the creator of Aldeana Craft Beer, in its promotion. My responsibilities included supporting the implementation of the pre-existing graphic design, managing social media accounts, overseeing logistics, and organizing events, as well as contributing to the conceptualization and promotion of the events.

Alongside this venture, Miguel Cáceres developed the concept of Taberna Moderna (Modern Tavern) in Montijo in 2023, named Habitat, where he serves Aldeana beer and other locally-sourced products, transforming them into modern gastronomic offerings. In this project, I also assist in managing and photographing the menu for promotional materials.
